The scheme of cooperation with photo studio

To avoid misunderstandings in our work with you please review the scheme of our interaction with customers.

1. Providing technical task to the shooting.
2. Concordance and confirmation of the technical task.
3. Search and selection of props or models needed for Photography.
4. Concordance of the day of shooting and prepayment. If the shooting doesn't take place in the appointed date for the fault of the customer, the prepayment will not be refund.
5. Day of shooting.

Technical specifications - it's your clear idea of what should be in the photography. In the technical task you have to list the shoot props needed, background color, image format - vertical, horizontal or square, all wishes for the choice of models - height, hair color, eye color, skin color, age. Technical specifications includes paint Storyboard of the future photography. In this document we should have a full picture of the work ahead. Specify in the technical task in which specific media advertisements the photo will be placed - this will help to photographer to decide the format of photos and shooting angles.
If there is no technical assignment or rough idea of what you want to see in the photography, provide freedom of action to photographer, paid creative photography. This is a bit more expensive, but the result you'll make happy, while the caring of the organization will pass to the photo studio.
